Tips for Tough Times

  • Reach out. Tell someone how you're feeling. Ask for help.
  • Be patient with yourself. Give yourself enough time to work through what you're feeling.
  • Focus on the solution-not the problem.
  • Eat healthy, get enough rest and exercise! You will begin to feel better and your thoughts will be clearer.
  • Avoid using drugs or alcohol. They will only make the problem worse.
  • You're an important part of the Adams 12 community!
