Reach out. Tell someone how you're feeling. Ask for help.
Be patient with yourself. Give yourself enough time to work through what you're feeling.
Focus on the solution-not the problem.
Eat healthy, get enough rest and exercise! You will begin to feel better and your thoughts will be clearer.
Avoid using drugs or alcohol. They will only make the problem worse.
